Healthy Home Maintenance Program

When you are enrolled in our Healthy Home Maintenance Program, your Protection Pro Home Manager will perform two Healthy Home Inspections every year. These inspections will help the homeowner discover home maintenance issues before they create unhealthy or unsafe living conditions. Armed with this information and the homeowner's desires, the Protection Pro Home Manager can:

• Perform needed light maintenance, such as changing smoke detector batteries, furnace filters, light bulbs, clean dryer vent, exhaust fan screens, help with winterizing chores, etc...
• Schedule maintenance and repairs with screened professional vendors
• Monitor and perform follow ups with vendor maintenance and repairs
• Keep maintenance records for client
• Consult you on many do-it-yourself projects
• Save you money by catching small issues before they turn into large costly repairs
