- General security-Doors, windows and gates are locked with no sign of forced entry. Remove news papers, door hangers, litter, and downed branches
- Pest problems
- Weather and/or water damage
- Heating & air conditioning system operating properly
- Appliances are running properly
- Electrical systems, such as tripped breakers, burned out security lights
- Plumbing system checks- Broken pipes, leaks, toilets
- Landscape or snow removal Maintenance is being performed, check that pools and hot tub are secure with no leaks
- Provide emergency response to any security system alarms, 365 days per year
- Monitor severe weather warnings and provide emergency preparations per clients request
- Provide access and monitor third party contractors and maintenance personnel with homeowner authorization
- We immediately contact home owner for all emergency situations
- We send an email of each inspection report with date and time of inspection
